Destiny 2 Dawning 2020 Guide | All Recipes and Ingredients
Destiny 2 Dawning 2020 has arrived, and like last year, the Tower is full of snow and decorated for the winter Holidays.
With that, Eva Levante has returned to the Tower and she wants you to bake some cookies and other recipes to gift your allies around the Destiny worlds.
This article is to show you how to get all the ingredients and all the recipes, for you to get things done much easier.
The Dawning 2020 event started with the weekly reset on December 15, 2020, and it will end on January 5, 2021, with that the winter Holidays season event will last for three weeks.
How Baking Works
To start things up you will need to speak with Eva, and she will give you a quest that will give you your Holiday Oven 2.0 and some starter ingredients.
To bake a recipe, open your Quest menu and interact with Eva’s Holiday Oven 2.0.
You will need to combine two ingredients and some Essence of Dawning to bake a recipe, and once you have done one, that one will be added to the recipes list in the Oven.
Once they are on the recipes list, you will be able to bake them again without having to combine the ingredients again.
The Essence of Dawning is acquirable by completing activities and bounties, but depending on the activities you do, you may gain less or more Essence of Dawning.
And one thing to note is that when you discover all the recipes you will be able to Masterwork your Oven, and with that, you will reduce the cost of 15 Essence of Dawning to 10 per recipe.
You should do one of each recipe before completing Eva’s quests to Masterwork the Oven and reduce the Essence of Dawning cost.
How To Get Every Ingredient
Eva Levante will give you some bounties that will reward you with some of the ingredients, with that you have an easy and guaranteed way to get some ingredients.
But every ingredient also has its unique way to be obtained, as you can see in the table below:

To get started Eva will give you some recipes, but you will still need to discover a lot of them.
As I said before, each recipe will consist of two ingredients, an uncommon and a rare one, and 15 Essence of Dawning.
The Essence of Dawning is acquirable by completing activities and bounties, but depending on the activities you do, you may gain less or more Essence of Dawning.
Any recipes that you have discovered in The Dawning 2018 or 2019 will still be in your recipes list.

How To Deliver The Gift To Riven
To give the Thousand-Layer Cookie to Riven you will need to enter the Last Wish raid.
You can do it solo, just go to the Wishing Wall and input wish seven, as you can see below:
Your screen will become black and you will spawn at the Riven Boss fight, then stand on one of the plates to start the fight and float down to the chamber.
Right next to where you land, you will see a glowing snow globe, interact with it to give the cookie to Riven.
Rewards
In this year’s Destiny 2 Dawning, you can get the new Glacioclasm Void Fusion Rifle.
It’s a slow-charging, Void fusion rifle with high range and extreme damage.
When you deliver a Gift, you also receive a package that can reward you with this new Fusion Rifle and also old Dawning weapons like Cold Front.
